Trademark use

BAPC AppCleaners™ and other official BAPC product, service, platform, application and system names use the ™ symbol where applicable until a particular mark is formally registered. A formally registered mark may use the ® symbol where legally appropriate.

Brand ownership

BAPC names, logos, product names, service names, application names, system names, designs, graphics, interfaces, documentation, original content and other proprietary brand materials are owned or controlled by Bakko Armour LLC, except where third-party ownership, licensing or open-source rights are specifically identified.

Third-party rights

Third-party trademarks, technologies, software and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products or services do not transfer ownership to Bakko Armour LLC.

Application of this notice

This notice applies to the BAPC AppCleaners™ website, customer service workflow, reports, documentation, graphics, promotional materials and related proprietary systems wherever practical.
